Chlorine generator manual 5g/h – 7,5 g/h – 10 g/h
This is only a manual
Compact integrated salt chlorinator: controller and cell in a single unit, avoiding separate controller-and-machine setups.
The main body is a cylindrical device in dark grey and transparent plastic with inline pipe connections. The black control unit sits on top with a digital display and buttons. A flow-direction label indicates water flow through the transparent section.
Approx. dimensions: Gerador de Cloro (5 G/H - 7,5 G/H- 10 G/H) : 10,5 cm × 12 cm × 29 cm (largura × altura × comprimento) -- Gerador de Cloro (15 G/H - 20 G/H - 25 G/H - 30 G/H 40 G/H - 50 G/H ) : 9,5cm × 12 cm × 34 cm (largura × altura × comprimento).
XSALT can be installed in different machine room setups, from compact fiber units to built-in masonry rooms.
Common salt (sodium chloride) is added to the pool water. The generator performs electrolysis, separating sodium from chlorine. The released chlorine disinfects the water, removing bacteria and algae. After acting, the chlorine turns back into salt, restarting the cycle.
Articulated or recessed: features a hinged lid and, in some cases, allows the lid to be covered with the surrounding floor, making it blend in or appear "invisible".
Hatch (underground): usually 60 cm to 1.10 m deep, ideal for limited spaces and easier manual operation of valves. External or raised masonry: structure built above ground, offering more space and ventilation, ideal for storing chemicals (chlorine), hoses and cables.
The unit is designed to protect the salt chlorinator and ensure safe operation.
Keeps the unit safe from overheating.
Alerts when salt level is too low.
Prevents damage from short circuits.
Gentle start-up to protect components.
Detects flow for safe operation.
Protects against current and voltage spikes.
XSALT brings the latest in pool automation. With the dedicated app, you monitor and control your water quality from anywhere.
Our flow switch is built to withstand high water flow without damage. Other solutions can fail when flow is too strong; our design keeps the unit reliable.
Chlorine production and current remain stable regardless of temperature and salinity.
Stable voltage and current help extend the life of the electrolytic cell. Our technology keeps the rare-metal coating intact; fluctuating voltage in other systems can cause the coating to wear off faster.
Our salt chlorinator meets international quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001 and relevant EN norms with CE marking.
